Learn more about Wagyu Beef with the information below.

Our Angus cows are used to produce steers and replacement heifers. The Wagyu bloodlines we have can offer cross bred heifers with a mixture of Michifuku, 068, or Sanjirou, and good Angus cows. We primarily calve in the spring to supply our beef to customers in the fall. Our Wagyu program began in 2003 with the purchase of our Wagyu bull who was sired by Michifuku. Michifuku was the most influential sire in the breed, and ranks #2 for marbling and ribeye. Michifuku is also ranked highest in the world for total trait leader for carcass quality.
